Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
By using The Learning Table (“the Service”), you agree to the following terms.
The Learning Table is owned and operated by Signal Studio LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
The Service
The Learning Table provides a curriculum matching quiz and a personalized curriculum recommendation plan for homeschool families. The recommendation is generated using a rule-based matching algorithm and a curated curriculum database. It is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of educational outcomes.
Payment
Access to your full curriculum plan requires a one-time payment of $45 USD, processed securely through Stripe. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — you will not be charged again unless you make a new purchase.
Refunds
If you're unsatisfied with your curriculum plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
No Guarantee of Fit
Curriculum recommendations are generated based on the information you provide and our current curriculum database. We do our best to match you to curricula that fit your stated preferences, but we cannot guarantee that any recommended curriculum will be the right fit for your child or family. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any curriculum before purchasing it from the publisher.
Third-Party Curriculum Providers
The Learning Table is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the curriculum publishers referenced in your plan. Any purchase you make from a third-party curriculum provider is a separate transaction between you and that provider, governed by their own terms.
Account Access
Access to your plan is provided via a secure magic-link email tied to the email address used at purchase. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access another user's plan, interfere with the Service's operation, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The Learning Table and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on curriculum recommendations provided.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
